Terms of use
Scope and participation
These terms apply to the use of iwanitoo, including expressly available Business services, operated by Atilla Sayan as a sole proprietor trading as iwanitoo. People aged 16 or over with a confirmed email address may participate. Registration is open. The app is available through the distribution channels offered by iwanitoo. Where legally required for minors, participation requires parental or guardian permission. Your explicit acceptance makes these terms and the Community Rules applicable to your use of iwanitoo.
Your account
Use accurate information, protect your credentials and do not impersonate another person or organization. An organization account does not itself establish verification. A wish is an idea or aspiration, not a promise that it will be fulfilled.
Content and rights
Submit only content for which you have the necessary rights. Respect personal rights, copyright and other people’s private information.
You grant iwanitoo a non-exclusive licence limited to operating the service: storing submitted content, technically processing it for display and media compression, moderating it and displaying it publicly according to its approval status. Technical providers may be involved only as necessary. You retain your rights in your content. Deletion ends public use; necessary technical processing, backups and legally required retention follow the privacy information. This permission does not cover selling your content or personal data.
Shared wishes, joins and provenance
iwanitoo may editorially connect related published wishes into a shared wish with its own summary. This replaces individual wishes in the general feed. Originals that remain published stay accessible in an expandable origins view with the original profile name, date and, where recorded, join count at merging. You can challenge a grouping or summary at support@iwanitoo.com. Your rights in your own content and your deletion rights remain; merging does not transfer copyright to other users or companies.
The current support total for a shared wish counts each supporting account once, even if it supported several originals. Original counts are historical snapshots and may differ from the current total. A join expresses interest, not a purchase, payment or implementation obligation. Dates and provenance record activity on iwanitoo but do not determine legal ownership of an idea.
Company representation and optional questions
Only authorized people who have received the appropriate company role may act officially for a company. An application, business email or mention of a brand alone is insufficient. Verification confirms the reviewed company association, not an endorsement, quality guarantee or promise to implement wishes. Company members must keep their authority current and assign team roles only within their own permissions.
Company responses and questions must be identifiable as such and follow the Community Rules. Answering questions, supporting a wish and subscribing to updates are separate voluntary actions. Metrics describe the relevant platform data and do not guarantee representative demand, future sales or implementation.
Community, review and appeals
As the author, you can change the text, country and media of your wish for 45 minutes after creation. Edits do not extend this deadline. Edited wishes are reviewed again and are not public until reapproved. After the deadline, editing is unavailable; deletion remains available.
The Community Rules form part of these terms. Submissions await review before publication. Confirmed violations may result in reasoned warnings, content removal and temporary suspensions; severe violations may justify immediate suspension. Permanent account deletion requires human review, never an AI classification alone. You may request another review or contact support@iwanitoo.com. The operator reviews reports at least daily; this is not a promise of an immediate decision.
Operation, termination and changes
Errors and interruptions may occur during operation, for example due to maintenance or technical failures. A wish is not a promise of implementation. Keep separate copies of important content. Statutory liability rules and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You may end your participation at any time and delete your account under Settings → Account and data. iwanitoo may discontinue the service with reasonable advance notice in accordance with applicable law; necessary immediate protective measures remain possible. Material changes to the terms will be communicated before they take effect and presented for renewed acceptance where required. Silence does not count as acceptance.
Business offers, purchases and duration
Paid Business offers are intended for companies and their authorised representatives. A free Business account remains usable without a purchase. Engage extends the account through a monthly or yearly subscription. Research and Campaign are independent, repeatable individual purchases, also available to Free companies. There are no credits or tokens.
The service, final price, currency and any billing interval are displayed before purchase. Apple's purchase details apply in the iOS app. A preview or unavailable button does not charge you. The service is assigned to the selected company only after a confirmed, verified purchase. Transferring a company profile does not transfer the paying Apple account.
Engage renews according to the interval shown in Apple's purchase sheet until cancelled through Apple's subscription management. Following cancellation, the paid service generally remains available until the confirmed billing period ends. It includes one simultaneously active Sponsored Content post for up to one month within a valid Engage entitlement. One Research includes a main question, up to five follow-up questions, 14 days from approval and structured results. A Campaign includes a coordinated activation, bundled wishes, a call to action and results. One-time purchases do not renew automatically.
The Campaign duration is the time span of one calendar month, fixed at initial approval. Only active delivery time is consumed. Pauses and further reviews do not consume the remaining duration. A published Campaign edition may be edited for 45 minutes from its first publication; changes pause delivery and require fresh approval. Later changes require a replacement edition, linked to the original purchase at no extra cost and using only its remaining duration. Consumed time is never reset. After expiry or public deletion, the edition and results are available only to authorised company members and necessary internal review.
Advertising is reviewed against the Advertising and Community Rules before publication. Payment does not guarantee approval of prohibited content or any number of impressions, responses, Joins or sales. Returned content includes a reason and can be revised for review. Contact support@iwanitoo.com for complaints or service problems. Apple refunds are requested through Apple's refund process; statutory rights remain unaffected. Public deletion or pausing does not cancel Engage and does not automatically issue a refund.
Media rights, attribution and clarification
You must be entitled to publish submitted images and videos and permit the technical processing needed to operate the service. This may follow from your own rights, an appropriate licence, permission or an applicable statutory exception. The existing grant of rights to iwanitoo continues to apply. Include all required author credits, sources, licence names, licence links and modification notices. If the available fields cannot accommodate required information, contact support before publication or use different media.
Attribution, a publicly accessible link or an AI-generated label does not establish permission to use content. For AI-generated media, applicable provider terms and third-party rights must also be respected. Approval of a wish does not confirm rights ownership or the existence of a licence.
Content may be held pending clarification of a substantiated complaint or unclear rights. Those affected may explain the circumstances and provide suitable evidence; private documents should only be sent upon request through the agreed support channel, not publicly. Moderation records its decision and allows questions or an appeal through support@iwanitoo.com. A report alone does not establish a violation. Media with insufficiently clarified rights or impermissible media may be removed or excluded from publication.
International use and mandatory rights
Applicable mandatory consumer, privacy and personality rights remain unaffected by international use. Media rules also apply to US users; statutory exceptions, including fair use, are considered case by case. See ‘Rights complaints · EU and US’ for the process. An ordinary complaint does not require general submission to US courts; the special declaration concerns formal US counter-notices. We do not promise blanket worldwide compliance or immunity from liability.
Wishes as public inspiration
Publishing a Wish makes a wish public. Other people, companies and organisations may draw inspiration from it for their own offerings, products, services or changes.
Publishing a Wish, making a Join, or acting on or implementing the wish it describes does not by itself create a claim against iwanitoo or third parties for payment, a share of revenue or profits, involvement, decision-making or participation in implementation. Publication alone also creates no exclusive right to the wish described or a general idea.
Existing statutory rights, in particular intellectual property rights in specific content or inventions, and claims under separate agreements remain unaffected. Publishing a Wish does not give third parties blanket permission to exploit protected text, images, designs or other protected content.
This provision explains the meaning of sharing a Wish. It does not retroactively waive existing rights or claims.
Companies acting on Wishes
Wishes may serve as inspiration. iwanitoo does not assess whether a specific implementation affects third-party rights and does not grant clearance to exploit protected content. Companies must clarify any required rights and separate agreements. Linking to a Wish or posting a status alone does not promise payment or participation. Agreements actually made and existing statutory rights remain unaffected.
Contact details and automated text checks
Do not publish email addresses or phone numbers in wish titles or descriptions, whether your own, someone else’s or business contact details. This includes spelled-out, disguised details and details split across text fields. Fundraising, payment requests and begging are also not allowed.
When wishes are submitted or edited, technical detection rules check the title and description for contact details. Clear matches prevent saving; we do not silently remove parts of your text. Uncertain matches may require human review before publication. Checks can make mistakes and cannot detect every disguise. A match does not automatically suspend an account.
You can correct the text or request human review of a suspected false positive at support@iwanitoo.com. Statutory complaint and redress rights remain available. The restriction concerns public wish text, not contact information required for registration, support or confidential rights complaints.
Blocking users and reporting violations
You can block the author of a published wish from its menu. Their wishes are hidden from your signed-in view. The wish is also reported to moderation for review. The blocked person receives no notification about your personal block. You can undo it in Settings → Blocked users. A personal block is not an account suspension and does not remove content for other people. It does not prevent access to public content outside your signed-in view.
Reports and blocks are not automatically treated as established violations. Content and account measures follow the moderation rules described here; existing complaint and appeal options remain available.
