Contact without an account

You can report rights concerns or illegal content without an account by emailing support@iwanitoo.com. Contact: Atilla Sayan, iwanitoo, Augustenstraße 46, 70178 Stuttgart, Germany. German and English are supported. Do not publish confidential evidence in wishes, image credits or public source links.

EU: identify the content precisely

Include the exact wish URL, the image, video or text concerned, and a substantiated explanation of suspected illegality. Provide your name and email address and confirm that you believe your information is accurate and complete. Name and email are not required for legally exempt reports of child sexual abuse or exploitation. Do not send abuse imagery.

When contact details are available, we acknowledge receipt and communicate our decision and review options. We assess reports objectively and without undue delay. Affected users receive reasons for content restrictions where legally permitted. You may request free support review using the decision reference; where DSA complaint rules apply, for at least six months after the decision. Statutory judicial and out-of-court remedies remain available.

US copyright notices

A formal US copyright notice requires: the authorized person's signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the specific location of the disputed material; contact information; a good-faith statement that the owner, its agent or the law has not authorized the use; and confirmation of accuracy and, under penalty of perjury, authority to act for the owner. Consider lawful uses such as fair use. A simple in-app report does not automatically supply these formal elements.

US counter-notices and restoration

If DMCA removal resulted from a mistake, a formal counter-notice may be submitted. It needs a signature, identification and previous location of the material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and name, address and telephone number. It also requires consent to jurisdiction of the US federal district court for the address or, for non-US residents, any district where the provider may be found, and acceptance of service from the complainant or its agent.

Under the applicable DMCA procedure a valid counter-notice is forwarded to the original complainant, including required contact information. The statutory restoration period is generally 10–14 business days after receipt unless notice of a relevant court action arrives. Other lawful restriction grounds are considered separately. False notices or counter-notices can have legal consequences.

Repeated infringement and review

Repeated established copyright infringement may lead to account termination in appropriate circumstances after review. Unverified allegations are not automatically counted as infringements. iwanitoo considers valid objections, statutory exceptions and applicable standard technical measures. The contact listed here does not assert DMCA agent registration or statutory safe-harbor status.
