Child safety standards

Our standard

iwanitoo prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes related images, videos and computer-generated depictions, grooming, sexual extortion and trafficking of children for sexual exploitation. These rules apply to all content and users, even though iwanitoo is available only to people aged 16 and over.

Report a concern

Open the relevant wish's three-dot menu, select “About this wish” and choose “Child safety” as the report type. You can submit without additional text. General reporting remains available too. For other concerns, or if you cannot use the app, email support@iwanitoo.com with the relevant link or content reference where possible. Do not download suspected material or send us copies or attachments.

Review and action

An authorized administrator prioritizes child safety reports. An initial child safety report automatically withholds the reported published wish pending review. Confirmed prohibited content is removed from public display; posting new wishes and media may also be restricted. Repeat reports and appeals are reviewed. Content is not automatically restored when a time limit expires. Previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled technically.

Cooperation with authorities

iwanitoo takes action against CSAM and reports confirmed cases to the appropriate regional or national authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements. The responsible person assesses and documents the necessary referral; reports or media are not transmitted automatically. Stuttgart Police is the designated regional contact for the operator in Stuttgart. In immediate danger in Germany, call 110; elsewhere, use the local emergency number. An in-app report does not replace an emergency call.

Contact and information handling

The responsible child safety contact for iwanitoo is Atilla Sayan at support@iwanitoo.com. This is not a continuously staffed emergency service. Reports, actions and timestamps are accessible only to authorized people. The feature does not create an additional media archive. See our privacy policy for further information about data handling and deletion requests. Updated: 22 September 2026.
